Reset & Reframe

Are you wanting to kick start your fitness journey or reset and get back on track? If so, this 6 week programme is for you.

Alongside the encouragement and support of like-minded women you will go on a transformative journey that will reframe your thoughts around fitness and nutrition.

At the end of the 6-weeks, you will have gained the tools and knowledge to make lasting changes, allowing you to intergrate fitness, nutrition and healthy habits into your lifestyle.

  • Yes I offer nutritional advice as part of most of my packages. I am not a trained nutritionist so this should be taken as guidance only and should you have any questions or concerns, then professional advice should be taken.

  • It involves bespoke training and nutrition programming, frequent support via WhatsApp, weekly check in’s via voice note or written feedback so you stay accountable and on track, recipe ideas and technique videos.

  • My approach is to find the right solution that works for both of us. Getting results takes time, and doesn't happen overnight or in one session so I offer coaching on a monthly subscription basis. It’s about making exercise and nutrition part of your lifestyle and a habit and not just something you do for a couple of weeks.

  • No! I will tailor your programme based on the equipment you have available to you, including home workouts. They are all scalable and I start where you are comfortable and work from there.

  • I have a L2 and L3 Personal Training qualification. I have also completed further courses in program design, applied nutrition and advanced coaching. I am continuously learning and educating myself so I can provide a quality service to my clients.

  • I will provide key coaching points for each exercise and video demos where needed. For any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise and send it to me and I'll assess your form and provide feedback.
