  • You have the option to continue on a monthly subscription for just £79 every 4 weeks, which includes all the same benefits.

  • No. You will have the option of home or gym-based workouts when you sign up.

  • The minimum equipment you will need is a set of dumbbells (various weights) and resistance bands.

  • Once you sign up, you will be given access to an app where you will be able to access your workouts and personalised nutrition targets. You will also be able to track your progress (pictures, weight, steps, measurements) and access your bi-weekly check-in form via the app. So everything is all in one place.

  • You will be able to access video demos of each exercise on the app.

  • Yes you do, once you sign up, I will send you a pre-questionnaire to capture various bits of infrmation so that I can tailor your calorie and macro targets to your goal.

  • No, I don’t. This is because I am not a registered dietician. Plus it’s important you enjoy the food that you eat, so you will be given the tools and knowledge to make your own mindful choices around nutrition that will help you achieve your goals.

  • I have a L2 and L3 Personal Training qualification. I have also completed further courses in program design, applied nutrition and advanced coaching. I am continuously learning and educating myself so I can provide a quality service to my clients.
