About Me

Hello, my name is Clare and my goal is to help as many women possible lose weight in a realistic & sustainable way, whilst still living life!

My path to becoming a personal trainer began during lockdown, where I found myself leading weekly Zoom fitness classes for friends and colleagues. Witnessing the dedication and progress of these women ignited a passion within me. I saw a community form, bonds strengthen, and incredible transformations unfold. It was then that I realised I wanted to help as many women possible prioritise their health and fitness.

As a mum to a little boy and someone who understands the demands of working full-time and the everyday juggle of life, I know firsthand the challenges that come with prioritising health and fitness. However, I also know the positive impact it can have on every aspect of our lives. Investing in my own health and fitness has allowed me to show up more fully in all areas of my life, and it has become an integral part of who I am.
